   Chicline.com offers a series of services under the heading of "My Chicline". To benefit from these services a user must first create a "My Chicline" account, access to which will be controlled by a user-created username and password. The user agrees to furnish precise personal and identity information in the "My Chicline" account creation form, and to update said information as is necessary. Chicline.com reserves to right to deny access to any user whose information proves inaccurate or false.
   
   Access to a "My Chicline" account requires the use of a username and a password. All "My Chicline" account holders agree to keep their access information confidential. Chicline.com cannot be held responsible for the access to, and / or misuse of, any personal information from a "My Chicline" account to which a user has granted third party access.

    Chicline.com users acknowledge and accept that these Terms of Use are governed by French law, and the Court of Paris, France, has sole competence over any eventual litigation.
