Le Bouillon Racine
This restaurant has become a much frequented Parisian institution. Created in 1906 by the Chartier brothers this Art Nouveau brasserie, just a stone’s throw form the Odeon Metro station in the Latin Quarter, has faithfully preserved the atmosphere of Paris in the 1900’s.
| The traditional menu flirts with the atypical: There is the inevitable suckling pig, stuffed and roasted on a spit, duckling in peaches, Chicken á la king with vegetables and Tapenade filet of Perch cooked in olive oil.
To finish off you can have a mug of Liégeois coffee or a crème brulée stuffed waffle.
Tradition tastes good at the Bouillon Racine. Bon Appetit! |
