Photoquai: A welcome biennial
Paris becomes the photographic capital of the world for the month of November with Photoquai; an exhibit of images by little known photographers that stretches along the Seine and into such cultural institutions as the French National Library.
| The works are on display along the quais of the river between the Institut du Monde Arabe and the Palais de Chaillot. The 70 photographers come from China, Cambodia, Madagascar and even Russia, making it an original photographic festival with universal appeal. We hope it lasts a long, long time. | Photoquai will be held until the 25th of November. Other places to visit are the Maison Européen de la Photographie, the Jeu de Paume Museum, the BNF (Banque Nationale de France) etc… Check out the sites on www.photoquai.fr. |
