Descent into hell at the Walt Disney Studios
Okay, so you know about Disneyland Paris, its attractions and its big parade. You’ve gone there with the whole family and all that, but it’s been a while hasn’t it? If that’s the case, then it’s time you went back to the park and experienced the Tower of Terror – a ride that will make Space Mountain seem « tame ».
| Disney says the tower will take you on a leap into the « 4th dimension ». In reality it’s a 1930’s mansion with an elevator that plays Machiavellian tricks on its occupants. Shortly after an interminable climb to the last floor of the tower the elevator lets go and plummets earthward at 13 meters per second. Men scream just as loud as women all the way down to where the elevator gently stops, allowing everyone a brief sigh of relief before it takes them on a second frightful round!
A suggestion: Don’t go there right after lunch… |
