It is in a warm frame decorated with panelling of wood, with tables in the seats of red velvet separated by small fences, that Elisabeth and Christian Valette welcome you.

The clientele is pretty much what you’d expect to see on the Champs : Young attractive, international and often LOUD. But if the noise from the adjoining table gets on your nerves, you can calm them with the quality of the meat: it’s a real tender treat. Our favorite is the standing rib roast accompanied by Aligot (A kind of cheesy mashed potato) – a house specialty.
