This place has been a hit year in and year out, and the talented Chef Shin Ming Chen’s reputation has grown internationally – he is even known in China. He has received kudos from around the world and his restaurant is even listed in the 2008 Michelin guide.

The main dining room looks like a miniature garden with the tables in the center. The food is, of course, typically Chinese: Royal Seafood Medley, Crab with crunchy vegetables, Sichuan duck – the list goes on and on.

Mr. Chen is rapidly becoming one of the best known chefs in the Chinese community – all you have to do is stop in to the Lys D’Or to confirm it.
